Real websites, labeled honestly

Every project here is real. Our own companies are labeled as sister companies, never as paying clients, and we don't quote results we can't prove.

Sage Handyman Services website on a phone with Call, Text and Free Estimate buttons

Built for the phone first

Most customers find a local business on a phone. On this site, a Call, Text and Free Estimate bar stays at the bottom of every page, so a customer can reach the owner with one tap.

  • Large, readable text and buttons
  • Images sized for small screens
  • Forms short enough to finish with a thumb

From a name to a live website and email in 7 days

  1. Name, logo and build started

Picked the name, chose the logo concept and finished it as vector art, then started the website.

  2. Website live

The site went live on its own domain, with the old web address redirected page by page.

  3. Business email live

Google Workspace email on the domain, set up so messages don't land in spam.

Project 2: Sage Management Apartments

An apartment website the owner runs from his phone

Sage Management LLC owns and manages apartment buildings in South St. Louis City. We designed and built an 18-page website for renters, built around one simple list the owner keeps up to date.

  • One switch per apartment: Now leasing, Coming soon or Full with a waitlist
  • A leasing board and map that update themselves from that list
  • Green and red map dots show which buildings have openings
  • A page for each of the 5 properties, with a local map of nearby places
  • 3D tours that load only when a renter taps them
  • Forms to schedule a showing, join a waitlist or ask a question
  • Apply, pay rent and request repairs through the owner's existing portal

Status: built in October 2026 and kept private until the owner launches it on his domain, so we don't quote any results yet.

Project 3: Sage Tree Experts

A tree care website with an estimate button on every screen

A website for a tree care company, built in the Wix Editor with separate layouts for computers and phones.

  • A full-width photo header with Free Estimate and Call buttons
  • 4 service pages: trimming, removal, stump grinding and emergency work
  • Projects, gallery, reviews, about and contact pages
  • A contact form, a Google reviews badge and social links

Labeled honestly: Sage Tree Experts is a Sage sister company, not a paying client. A before-and-after redesign is next.
