How does the website AI chat work?
On the sites we host, we set up an AI chat service and train it on your services and FAQ so it can answer visitors and collect their details. On a Wix site, we use Wix's built-in AI chat. Like any AI it can occasionally get something wrong, so we test it first, and you can turn it off anytime.
Which plan includes AI?
The Back Office plan ($399 a month) includes the AI website chat and quote and follow-up drafts. The chat software is billed at cost. See the plans.
Will the AI talk to my customers without me?
Only the website chat talks to visitors, and only about what you've approved. Everything else, like quotes and emails, is a draft that waits for you.
Do I need to be good with technology?
