Terms for free websites and plans

1. The free website

• What's free: a homepage designed around your logo, a simple logo if you need one, a website of up to 5 pages with your real details, a contact form that sends requests to your email, and the site files.
• Nothing to pay to get it or keep it. You review your site at a private preview link, kept for 30 days. To put it live on your domain, choose a plan, or take the site files at no charge and host them yourself; hosting, a domain and changes are then up to you.
• Limited spots. We build up to 5 free websites a month. If a month is full, we can save you a spot for the next month. We may decline a request, for example if it's a business we can't build for.
• You see it first. You approve your homepage design before we build the rest. We aim to have your site ready within 3 business days of your homepage approval, once we have your details and photos.
• Your details, your photos. Please send accurate details and photos you have the right to use. We only publish facts you give us. We never add licenses, years in business, reviews or guarantees you haven't confirmed.

2. What you own

• You own your site files, the logo we make for you and your domain. Ask any time and we'll send you the files.
• Logo concepts are AI-assisted and finished by hand as vector files. If you plan to register your logo as a trademark, talk to a lawyer first.

3. Plans and billing

• Plans: Keep It Live $49 a month, Get Found $199 a month, Back Office $399 a month. Yearly plans cost 10 months' price for 12 months and are paid up front. See what each plan includes.
• When billing starts: only when you choose a plan, after your site is live. Monthly plans bill automatically each month in advance, by card or bank account, with an emailed receipt.
• Before you pay: you'll see the price, when billing starts, that the plan renews, and how to cancel, and you'll agree to these terms before we charge anything.
• No contract: monthly plans are month to month. Cancel anytime by phone or text, and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Yearly plans renew each year unless you cancel, and stay active until the end of the year you paid for.
• Switching: move up or down a plan whenever you like. The new price starts with your next bill.
• Get Found trial: for our first 20 clients, the first 30 days of Get Found are free. We'll remind you before the trial ends. After 30 days it's $199 a month unless you switch plans or cancel.
• Costs passed through: AI chat software on Back Office and any printing are billed at cost, and we'll get your OK first.
• Pause: current clients can pause for $19 a month in a slow season. Your site stays up and everything else pauses.

4. Domains

• A new domain is included while you're on a plan and registered in your business's name. We handle the yearly renewal.
• If you cancel, we move the domain to you, or to the registrar you choose, and you pay its renewals from then on. Domains can't move to a new registrar in the first 60 days after they're registered, so until then we keep it pointed wherever you ask.
• A domain you already own stays with you and your registrar. We only add the records your site needs, and we never remove your email records.

5. Our promises

• Changes in 1 business day: on a plan, each small change is done within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, except U.S. federal holidays), or that month's plan fee is credited. A small change is about 15 minutes of work, like new hours, a photo swap or a price update.
• No ranking promises: no one can honestly guarantee Google rankings, traffic or leads, so we don't.

6. Photos, reviews and privacy

• Job photos (Get Found): we remove location data from every photo, name the city only, and keep customer names, faces, license plates and house numbers out.
• Reviews: we follow Google's rules. No rewards for reviews, and we never ask only happy customers.
• How we handle the information you send us is in our privacy policy.

7. Changes and questions
